Standard Support
- GitHub Help Desk online/email support
- Support hours: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific time
- Unlimited Help Desk online/email support incidences
- Access to GitHub's Web knowledge base
- Regular Product Updates
Premium Support
- Standard Support
- 10 hours of Telephone support billed in ½ hour increments (overages billed at $150 per hour)
Training & Migration
- On-site Git and GitHub training with one of our experts
- Data migration assistance

Notes
- The minimum order size is 10 users.
- Your first year is paid up front.
- Support is mandatory for the first year.
- At 200+ users, support can be priced separately per-contact rather than per-user.
- The number of users are determined by the number of accounts created within your installation.
- You will be invoiced for additional users added to your installation during a quarterly true-up process.
- These prices require that you execute our standard License and Support Agreements. Prices for custom contracts are higher.
